Naija News reports that she spoke about the experience during an episode of the Off The Top podcast.
In her story, she recalled how her fashion business was struggling at the time, leaving her overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next.
The pressure made her withdraw from everyone.
She stayed indoors for days, shutting herself out from friends and pretending she had travelled, just so she could find a quiet moment to seek answers.
During that period, she stayed in one outfit, prayed constantly and barely touched food.
She spent her days on the floor and on her bed, crying out to God and asking for a new start.
She described those days as some of the toughest moments she had ever faced.
Her turning point came on the third or fourth day when a woman unexpectedly called her for a sewing job.
She said she rushed out immediately to meet the woman, and that job became the doorway to a better phase in her career.
From that moment in 2018, she said her work and life began to grow, and she has continued to enjoy steady progress ever since.
She said: “I locked myself up for days. No food, no bathing, no change of clothes. I was practically on the floor crying. I told God, I need you to turn my life around.
“I hadn’t even had a bath. I just brushed and ran to Ikeja. That was the beginning.
“From 2018 till now, it has been fantastic, fantastic.”
