3 Soldiers Killed as Terrorists Attack Military Base in Kwara

Three soldiers of the Nigerian Army were killed in a firefight with suspected terrorists who attacked a military base in the Kemanji community of Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State on Monday morning.

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazak confirmed the incident, stating that many terrorists were neutralised and no one was kidnapped. He described the soldiers as “gallant men who paid the supreme price in the service of our fatherland.” The attack follows recent military casualties in Borno State.
