He apologised like he was at gunpoint – Bwala mocks Rufai Oseni after harassment of officers

The Special Adviser to the President on Policy, Daniel Bwala, has mocked TV show host Rufai Oseni after a video of Oseni apologising on live TV resurfaced.

Oseni issued the apology after harassing some law enforcement officers who had stopped him in traffic for breaking the law.

The video of his apology was shared on X by one @HighChiefOkoro, who wrote, “The moment Rufai Oseni was compelled by his own employer to apologise live on air after being caught on camera harassing law enforcement officers simply for doing their job.

“In any serious society, conduct like that would attract real consequences, not media sympathy or excuses.”

Reacting, Bwala insinuated that the apology wasn’t sincerely delivered by Oseni.

He wrote on X, “Reading the apology either like he was at gunpoint or like he was forced to read a demotion acceptance speech. Talk about a nercesssit.”
