According to a report by TheCable on Monday, June 29, 2026, Babcock University has dismissed claims circulating online that comedian and content creator Carter Efe graduated from the institution with a First Class Upper in Biochemistry, describing the certificate being shared as fake, unauthorised, and not issued through any official academic process.
In a statement released on Monday, the university clarified that the document being circulated on social media did not originate from its registry or any recognised.
