Speaking during a recent video on his official Facebook page on Sunday, June 28th 2026, Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has predicted that the deregistration of the National Democratic Coalition (NDC) as a political party will eventually be reversed, insisting that the move would not stand.
Speaking during a sermon, the cleric said the government was fully aware of the actions it was taking regarding the party’s registration, expressing confidence that the process would ultimately be overturned.
“Registration of the NDC, they will unturn it. There is nothing in it. No, they can’t deregister them. Government knows what they are doing,” Ayodele said.
The prophet did not elaborate on the basis of his prediction but maintained that the registration would not survive.
“There is nothing there,” he added.
