FULL LIST: 6 Requirements to Access FG Loan for Phones and Laptops

The Federal Government has opened applications for the C.L.I.C.K.D. programme, providing eligible Nigerians with access to smartphones, laptops and tablets through a consumer credit scheme, with six key requirements for applicants.

The initiative, implemented by CREDICORP in partnership with the Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, aims to expand access to digital devices while promoting locally assembled products.

The current pilot phase is limited to 3MTT programme fellows, with other digital talent platforms potentially eligible in future phases.

State of residence – Applicants must select their current state or the FCT.
Employment details – Applicants must state their employment status (salary earner, freelancer, business owner, student, job seeker, or NYSC member).
Eligible digital skills programme – Applicants must be part of 3MTT or other listed platforms (Andela, ALX, AltSchool Africa, HNG Internship, etc.).
Device and intended use – Applicants must select the device (laptop, smartphone, tablet) and specify its purpose (learning, work, freelancing, etc.).
Verification consent – Applicants must confirm the accuracy of information and consent to verification.
How they heard about the programme – Applicants must indicate their source of information (3MTT, social media, school, employer, etc.).
