The brothers of late Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman have filed a legal petition to remove his widow, Taylor Simone Ledward, as administrator of his estate, accusing her of failing to distribute remaining assets despite a 2022 court order.
Kevin and Derrick Boseman filed the petition on behalf of their parents, Leroy and Carolyn, alleging Ledward has not distributed the estate or filed required documents to close it nearly six years after the actor’s death. They claim a $40,000 long-term care policy remains undistributed and that royalty payments and residual income have not been properly accounted for. They seek Ledward’s removal as administrator and the appointment of a forensic accountant.
