Suspected Bandits Kill 17 Farmers, Injure 13 in Zamfara Attack

Suspected armed bandits have killed at least 17 farmers and injured 13 others in an attack on farmlands in Goron Namaye District of Maradun Local Government Area, Zamfara State, local authorities and residents said on Friday.

The victims were reportedly engaged in farming activities when large numbers of armed assailants invaded the area and opened fire, triggering panic among farmers working in the fields..See the video & full news here.
