Tyson Fury will take on Marius Wach the night before Anthony Joshua’s own comeback – before turning his attention to his blockbuster showdown with his British rival.
The former two-time heavyweight world champion announced his retirement from the sport last year following back-to-back defeats to Oleksandr Usyk. However, the Morecambe scrapper performed a drastic U-turn just months later and expressed his desire to return to action in 2026.
Fury, 37, make his boxing comeback in April against Arslanbek Makhmudov in front of over 60,000 fans at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. The ‘Gypsy King’ would go on to cruise to a comfortable points victory, and immediately called out Joshua – who was sitting ringside. Just days later, the two stars agreed to a monumental dust-up later this year, but both men must first get through respective tune-up fights. Joshua will take on knockout artist Kristian Prenga on July 25 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, while Fury faces Wach in Thailand on June 24.
