Former Anambra State governor and 2027 presidential candidate Peter Obi has criticised the Federal Government’s response to the abduction of schoolchildren and teachers in Oriire LGA, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, saying he would have personally gone into the forest where the children were taken if he were president, according to reports.
Speaking on the security situation, Obi questioned why the abducted children were not rescued after several weeks, stating, “I would have been there in two days!”
