The Federal Government’s evacuation of Nigerians from South Africa has crossed another milestone as the fourth batch of returnees arrived in Lagos on Thursday evening, according to Channels Television.
The Air Peace flight brought home over 180 Nigerians after a technical issue prevented the aircraft from departing as scheduled. With this latest arrival, the number of citizens evacuated from South Africa following the recent xenophobic attacks has now risen to about 1,000.
