Nigeria’s Super Falcons have unveiled a new jersey featuring 10 stars surrounding the team’s badge, with each star symbolising one of the country’s Women’s Africa Cup of Nations titles, ahead of their title defence in Morocco.​

The nine-time African champions first wore the special kit during Thursday’s 2-1 international friendly victory over Tanzania’s Twiga Stars. Justin Madugu’s side will head to Morocco seeking to extend that record by winning an 11th continental crown.

The 2026 WAFCON gets underway on Saturday, with the Super Falcons opening their title defence against tournament debutants Malawi on Tuesday at the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat.
